Important Week 5 RXO Match Reporting Reminder

Through the first four weeks of the schedule, we are still seeing several teams not entering substitutions into RXO correctly. This has been the most common reporting issue so far and must be corrected moving forward.

Last week, substitution issues were identified for the following home teams: Canton/Akron, Chicago Sirens, Cincinnati Wolfhounds, Circle City Tempest, Cleveland Iron Maidens, Kansas City Blues, Kenosha Mammoths, Lexington Blackstones, Marion Mutants, Oconomowoc Women, Palmer College Women, South Side Irish, and Waukesha.

When entering a substitution, teams must indicate both the player coming onto the field and the player coming off the field. This is completed in the same transaction. A training video is available that explains the process, with the relevant section beginning at approximately the two-minute mark. Although this is not a new requirement, it must be completed correctly and consistently.

ADDITIONAL REPORTING REMINDERS

• End and result games after field confirmation. Games must be ended and resulted after both teams confirm the information at the field. This locks the game and prevents further alterations.
• Score accurately to the player. While using a Team Event is acceptable when necessary, scoring should be assigned to the specific player whenever possible. Both teams can help ensure accuracy, and if the scorer is unsure, they should ask the coach or administrator for assistance.
• Complete the ID Roster Check and post-match confirmation. Teams are required to complete the ID Roster Check and confirm after the match that the information is correct. If these steps are not completed, the team is waiving its right to raise roster issues after the fact, including eligibility concerns.

The Union is also implementing a $50 fee to reopen games for teams to make modifications. All information should be reviewed and corrected at the field before the match is closed. If a match must be reopened later because information was inaccurate or incomplete, the fee will apply.
